I have always had an interest in Alternative Health and Wellness practices. Researching and practicing holistic health modalities has long been a part of my personal life. So becoming a Massage Therapist was just the first step in helping others take the same action in reclaiming their health. Being an LMT allows me to work with clients on prioritizing movement goals, addressing rehabilitation, and becoming independent of dysfunction.
Being functional in our daily life is so important. We take for granted all our body does for us, until it's not working the way it should. We don't realize how bad we feel, until we feel good. So if you're sick and tired of being sick and tired, let's figure it out! My practice is motivated, organized, and client-centered with a special focus on pain management and recovery work. My goal is to help you achieve functional living, leading to a happier & healthier you!
And when I am not working: I enjoy traveling, gardening, anything on or around the water, music, cooking, and spending time with family & friends. Oh yeah, and podcasts...I love some funky podcasts.
